FORMAT
All videos MUST be submitted on BETA SP, DV CAM, MINI DV as PAL format, VHS or DVD.
All music tracks MUST be submitted in MP3 format

All Photo music be MUST be uploaded on JPEG format

BROADCAST QUALITY
CHECK the picture and sound quality is of broadcast standard. 100% colour bars. DOUBLE CHECK audio and pictures are in sync. AVOID the use of flashing images and regular patterns. (Flashing lights and certain types of regular visual patterns can cause problems for some viewers who have photosensitive epilepsy).

LANGUAGE
A clean version of the video is required. ALL swear words, offensive/violent language and racist comments MUST BE REMOVED before submission. You warrant that the video will not contain any obscene or defamatory material.

DRUGS
Drug and solvent abuse should NOT be glamorised in the video. This includes alcohol, marijuana and other ‘minor’ drink and drugs.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to check this page regularly. PAYMENT
In order to make money, you have to get your video seen by the public. We leave the advertising in your hands! The more people download the more you get. We charge 0.75p for each video downloaded and .50p for each Mp3 download. We will send each artist/group a payment by PayPal or cheque at the end of the month for your downloaded videos. We will only send money generated from downloads to each individual artist or group.

For example;

If none of your music has generated any downloads then there will be no payment.

If you receive one or more downloads the full download payment will be forwarded to your account.

SALE OF ASSETS, MERGER, ACQUISITION, BANKRUPTCY
Information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale or acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving Company.
